Q: How do I create a story?
A: After logging in and selecting your child’s profile, tap “New Story.” Choose a theme, add a few fun details (like name, setting, and challenge), and TaleBuddy will generate a custom story.
Q: How do I manage my subscription?
A: All subscription management (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations) is handled through your Apple App Store account.
Go to: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Q: Why do I need to sign up as a parent?
A: We require a verified parent account for safety and privacy. This ensures secure access and appropriate content for children.
Q: Where are my stories saved?
A: Your stories are securely stored in your account and accessible anytime through the “My Stories” library.
Q: Can I export a story?
A: Story export features (PDF and audio) are coming soon. Stay tuned!
